GENERAL PROVISIONS

These general terms and conditions and travel instructions are an integral part of the contract. referrals / vouchers concluded by Street tour, doo, Portorož (hereinafter referred to as Street tour) or. authorized agency and traveler applying for a particular tourist arrangement. These general conditions apply to tours organized by a Street tour or a tour operator, represented by a Street tour.

If otherwise specified in the specific terms of business or individual program regarding any point of these General Terms and Conditions, the statement or. provision specified in the tourist arrangement.

Terms and conditions of the traveler can be found at the outlet, where Street tour as the organizer provides its services and on the company's website www.street-tour-com.

In the case of telephone sales and sales via e-mail or. The website shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of these General Terms and Conditions when ordering a tourist arrangement or gift voucher by telephone or online. Client or. passenger is any person who has made a valid reservation or made a purchase and payment for a tourist arrangement or other Street tour service and is referred to in these General Terms and Conditions for Tourist Arrangements.

APPLICATION

A traveler can apply for a tour arrangement organized by a Street tour, at any Street tour office or authorized agency. Check-in means the conclusion of a contract for the organization of the trip in accordance with the travel program and these general terms and conditions, and is at the same time a confirmation of the reservation and contains information about the passenger's tourist arrangement. Upon check-in, the traveler is obliged to provide all the information and submit the documents required by the travel program and pay the registration fee. registration fee of EUR 30.00 per voucher.

In the case of complex bids, the Street tour charges a bid security of EUR 50.00. In case the passenger does not provide the correct information at check-in, he is responsible for all costs or expenses. consequences resulting from incorrect information.

Passenger registration is obligatory. It may only depart from it in accordance with the travel cancellation provisions set out in the General Conditions. In addition to the express written application or signed contract, any order forwarded in oral or written form, containing the name of the passenger and other participants, credit card number or identification of another payment instrument, payment of the application fee or a part thereof, payment of costs shall be considered a binding application. a check-in or reservation or an act indicating that the passenger has submitted a binding check-in or check-in containing any of the above information.

For arrangements where the Street tour is not a tour operator, the check-in costs listed in the tour operator's program are charged.

PAYMENT

The day of payment is considered to be the day on which Street tour receives payment into the transaction account of Street tour d.o.o. Upon check-in, the passenger is obliged to pay the registration fee and the reservation costs of 30% of the price of the package or as much as stated in the tourist arrangement. The rest is paid for by the passenger at least 30 days before the start of the journey. as stated in the program. Payment at the same time means that the customer is aware of the general terms and conditions.

In the event that the rest of the price of the arrangement is not paid by the passenger or his / her check-in point within the stipulated time, he / she is considered to have canceled the arrangement and the provisions regarding the passenger's cancellation of the arrangement of these general conditions and instructions for tourist arrangements shall apply mutatis mutandis. The duly paid and duly paid registration fee and the costs of the registration guarantee the traveler, under the conditions laid down in these general conditions and instructions for tourist arrangements, participation or vacancy on an individual tourist arrangement or trip.

Upon departure, the traveler is obliged to provide the travel manager with a document on the paid arrangement (voucher and / or payment receipt); otherwise, the travel manager does not accept the traveler.

Passenger can only pay by transferring to a transaction account Street tour d.o.o. In the event of a refund, the Street tour cannot in any case pay out cash, and the traveler may request a credit made by the agency through the bank to the passenger's transaction account, of course, if he is entitled to it.

When a travel arrangement is booked for a traveler by an authorized tourist agency, all provisions of this point shall apply mutatis mutandis to the authorized tourist agency.

PRICES

Prices for travel are determined by the travel or vacation program and are valid from the date of publication of the program. Street tour reserves the right to change the price due to changes in the exchange rate, changes in the tariffs of carriers or changes in fuel prices that affect the price of the trip, in accordance with the law governing the obligations and regulations in force in the Republic of Slovenia. The Street tour shall inform the passenger of any change in the fare no later than 20 days before the start of the journey. The client may withdraw from the contract if the price increase is higher than 10% of the value of the arrangement.

The street tour may stipulate in the program that the traveler will pay for the services provided on the spot. In this case, the Street tour does not act as an organizer, not as an intermediary, but merely as an informant. In this case, the passenger claims all claims only from the on-site service provider.

The street tour may specify the price of the arrangement in the program, stating explicitly that the price may be reduced if a certain number of passengers will sign up or other well-defined conditions may arise. Such a provision does not in any way guarantee that the conditions for the reduction of the price of the arrangement will be entered into and the traveler cannot withdraw from the contract because the conditions for a possible reduction of the price would not occur.

Different discounts do not add up. E.g. for last minute packages and packages with promotional discounts, the newlyweds and seniors discount is not considered.

ONLINE SALE OF GIFT Vouchers

General
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of gift certificates from Street tour d.o.o. at www.street-tour.com.

Street tour d.o.o. (seller) gives the buyer of online sales (buyer) an insight into the offer and prices or prices before buying. the value of gift certificates. The value of the gift certificate is indicated by the buyer. Gift certificates generally have a value of 50 Eur, 150 Eur and 250 Eur. The value of the voucher includes VAT. Gift certificates are portable and redeemable for the services and products offered by the seller.

The buyer receives a confirmation of purchase by email.

Online sales are enabled 24 hours a day.

The Seller reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, noting that the Buyer's purchase is governed by the General Sales Terms and Conditions in force at the date of delivery.

Purchase
On the website www.street-tour.com you can buy gift certificates with marked values.

For each online purchase, the buyer must agree to the Online Gift Voucher Terms. By confirming the purchase of a gift certificate, the buyer expressly agrees to be fully aware of the terms of these General Terms and Conditions and to fully accept and confirm them.

From the gift voucher list, the buyer first selects the voucher of the value selected and adds it to the shopping cart. The buyer can buy an unlimited number of vouchers for the cart, and all vouchers are subject to the same voucher conditions.

When buying, the buyer mediates or enter the following information:

After completing the online purchase, the buyer receives an e-mail confirmation of the purchase with all the order details.
 
Payment, acceptance
The buyer settles the purchase price for the gift vouchers through the website, via paypal, credit cards (via paypal), upon the seller's invoice, or physically at the seller's checkout counter. The buyer indicates the payment method. Payment by bank card online is made in an environment protected and managed by PayPal, recognized by banking institutions.

The buyer chooses the method of receiving the gift vouchers, either via e-mail in pdf or at the headquarters of Street tour d.o.o., Liminjanska 94a, 6320 Portorož on the basis of pre-order. Receipt of gift certificates at the seller's headquarters can be made during the service.

Liability, cancellation, replacement
The seller shall not be liable if the buyer does not himself accept the gift voucher received in pdf form to the e-mail address or take it physically at the seller's seat.

Neither is the seller liable if the buyer loses, destroys or otherwise disables the gift voucher. The seller of duplicate gift certificates does not issue.

Gift certificates are valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue. The use of the voucher must be announced when ordering an arrangement with the agency or by contacting transport@street-tour.com or tel. no. +386 (0) 5 677 04 38 in case of online ordering.

Exchange of Gift Certificate for cash or cash. money is not possible. It is also not possible to extend it or replace it in the event of loss, destruction or damage. In these cases, the buyer is also not entitled to any reimbursement. The gift voucher can only be redeemed in full and can only be redeemed once.

A gift certificate is valid in the context of the information on it:
  • Identification Number
  • the value of the voucher
  • the date of issue of the voucher
  • valid and redeemable
  • the signature of the issuer
The buyer is entitled to claim the seller's liability for material errors within the deadlines and in accordance with the provisions of the current Consumer Protection Act.

The buyer has the right to inform the seller within 14 days of receiving the gift voucher that he / she withdraws from the contract and at the same time returns the voucher to the seller without having to give a reason for his / her decision (the above applies only to natural persons who receive a gift voucher for a purpose beyond their gainful activity). The cost of returning the voucher is then charged to the buyer.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must, with an unambiguous statement, inform the seller (Street tour doo, Liminjanska 94a, 6320 Portorož, transport@street-tour.com) of his decision to withdraw from the contract (eg by letter sent by post or e-mail) ).

In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient that a notice regarding the exercise of the buyer's right to withdraw from the contract is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period from this contract.

Security and privacy of personal information
The seller agrees to protect the confidentiality of the personal information of the users of the site. The information collected will be used solely for the purposes for which it was collected or. provided by customers and to improve the use of the site. I will not use personal information and contact information for any other purpose, and will not disclose it to third parties without the express permission of the user of the site, except as required by law. We will do our utmost to protect the information of the users of the website against any misconduct and abuse.

All customer personal information is stored in the seller's database except payment card information. This information is processed on the bank's website and must be re-stated when making a purchase. The protection and processing of payment card information is the responsibility of the bank, which enables secure transactions.

All information provided by the buyer will be the sole property of the seller and will be protected in accordance with the legislation defining the protection of personal data. They will only be used with the buyer's consent and so that the seller can ensure a smooth online purchase process. At the request of the buyer, they will also be used to provide notifications, offers, news.

The seller in accordance with para. 32 Art. The Law on Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution states that it does not recognize any IRPS contractor as competent to resolve consumer disputes arising from online sales procedures under these General Terms and Conditions.

The purchase confirmation email received by the buyer is not valid instead of a gift voucher and cannot be used by the buyer to claim the paid service. At the seller's point of sale, the buyer must show himself solely with a gift voucher, which he receives to the e-mail address in pdf format, or picks it up personally at the seller's seat.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE ARRANGEMENT

The basic price of the arrangement includes the services listed in the program under the heading "included in the price" or. "Included" or. "The price includes". Additional services and surcharges that are not explicitly included in the basic price of the arrangement are listed in the "supplements" section of the individual program and are paid separately by the passenger.

Unless otherwise specified in the program, the prices of each tourist arrangement per person are valid for accommodation in double rooms.

SPECIAL SERVICES

Special services are those services which, as a rule, are not included in the price of the arrangement and are paid separately by the passenger upon check-in (ie single room, cabins on the ship, additional meals, special meals, cancellation risk insurance, foreign assistance assistance, etc.) or on-site itself (ie entrance fees). In the event that special or special invitations are issued to an individual arrangement. additional services, the traveler wishes for these services upon check-in, and they are extra charged for the price of the arrangement. Published prices of additional or special services apply only in the case of ordering and paying for these services, when ordering and paying for the basic arrangement at the check-in point.
 

PASSENGER CANCELLATION OR CHANGE IN TRAVEL

The passenger has the right to cancel the trip at the place of departure. In the event that the traveler cancels the arrangement, the Street tour is entitled to reimbursement for the cancellation. The amount of the reimbursement depends on the time at which the passenger submitted the cancellation. If the traveler cancels the arrangement, he is obliged to reimburse the Street tour an administrative fee of EUR 30.00 per referral or. voucher.

The amount of reimbursement of the cancellation fee depends on the time before the day of commencement of the service, in which the passenger submitted the cancellation or otherwise canceled the trip:
  • 45 to 36 days before the start of the service - 10% of the price of the arrangement
  • 35 to 29 days before the day of starting the service - 30% of the price of the arrangement
  • 28 to 22 days before the day of starting the service - 50% of the price of the arrangement
  • 21 to 15 days before the day of starting the service - 70% of the price of the arrangement
  • 14 to 8 days before the day of starting the service - 80% of the price of the arrangement
  • 7 to one business day until 3:00 pm before the day of starting the service - 90% of the price of the arrangement
Cancellation on departure day or cancellation without cancellation - 100% of the price of the arrangement.

The amount of the cost of canceling the arrangement, when the Street tour is not a tour operator, is determined by the general conditions or other act of the organizer. Notwithstanding the cancellation costs set out above, they may also be higher when conditioned by the terms of the tour arrangements dictated by the Street tour and by the applicable business partners. If the conditions for reimbursement for cancellation of travel are otherwise specified in the program, the conditions set out in the program shall apply. Upon cancellation of the voyage, the passenger must sign the cancellation document offered to him by the seller. If he refuses to sign this document, he shall be deemed not to have canceled the trip.

During the voyage, the passenger may terminate the voyage at his request and by giving a written statement of termination. If the traveler interrupts the journey during the journey, he / she shall not be entitled to reimbursement or partial or full refund on return. If the traveler changes the program while traveling or does not travel according to the program, which is an integral part of the contract by the Street tour, the traveler is considered to have terminated the contract during the journey. In this case, the passenger is responsible for the costs and damages caused by it. In the event of a change of program at will, or due to force majeure, without there being any reason on the Street tour for improperly rendered service, the passenger has no right to claim any compensation or price reduction.

After the conclusion of the contract, the passenger may change the name or number of passengers, accommodation, date of travel, no later than eight days before the start of the journey, provided that such change is possible without cancellation of the arrangement. In the event of a change to the Street tour, the passenger will be charged an administrative cost of EUR 30.00, and in cases where the costs are higher, in particular when the arrangement also includes charter transport, it will require reimbursement of the actual costs.

For arrangements where the Street tour is not a tour operator, the cost of the change stated in the tour operator program will be charged.

RISK INSURANCE CANCEL

At the expense of the traveler, the traveler can take out insurance against cancellation of the tourist trip at the insurance company. Cancellation risk insurance is concluded at the same time as the contract of travel or the purchase of airline tickets. An insurance event covered under these terms shall be incurred if the insured cancels the trip in writing or on the day of the planned departure and / or does not attend because of events defined in the breadth of the guarantee that the insured chooses at the time the insurance is taken out.

These widths of guarantee are:

a) EASY COVERAGE: Accident, death or deterioration of the health of the insured, pregnancy, accident, death or deterioration of the health status of the family members of the insured.

b) WIDER COVERAGE: Accident, death or deterioration of the health of the Insured, pregnancy, accident, death or deterioration of the health status of the Insured's family members, property damage to the Insured's property, summons of judicial or administrative authorities, unexpected loss of employment, admission to a new job, filing for divorce claim, lack of snow, outbreak of epidemic and / or pandemic, organ transplantation, spa treatment.

In the aforementioned cases, the passenger is obliged to provide the insurance company with appropriate documentary evidence.

Insurance coverage is effective on the first business day after payment is made!

The insurance company covers the cost of cancellation of the trip of the insured person who canceled the trip or was unable to attend because of one of the events specified in the individual width of the guarantee. The insurance company also covers the cost of cancellation of passengers who have concluded a travel contract with the insured and are listed on the same insurance policy as a percentage of the number of passengers: if there are two, one half for each; if there are three, one third each; if there are four, one quarter each, and so on. The insured person is obliged to immediately report the insured event to the insurer. If it does not do so immediately, the insurer shall cover only the share which the insured person would be obliged to pay upon immediate written notice to the policyholder.

The cancellation insurance premium, which is paid upon payment of the reservation, in case of occurrence of an insurance case to the passenger or. it does not reimburse the other eligible person as it is voluntary and the insurance relationship must be concluded earlier and the insurance premium paid. In the event that the passenger, on his / her own request, or for health and similar reasons, departs from the further journey during the journey itself, he / she shall not be entitled to reimbursement upon return. A cancellation risk claim cannot be claimed after the travel start date or holidays, as well as during unused part of the journey or holiday. Regardless of the paid cancellation risk, in the event of a passenger cancellation, the Street tour has the right to reimbursement of the registration fee. check-in costs of EUR 30.00 per referral / voucher and the purchase of airline tickets up to and including reimbursement of booking costs of EUR 20.00 per person.

The course of resolving a claim and the time of resolving a claim are the responsibility of the insurance company through which the insurance is concluded. The General Terms and Conditions apply to insure the risk of cancellation of the tourist trips of the insurance company, which are also annexed to the offer or contract.

If the traveler does not start the journey on the date specified as the start of the trip and does not cancel the journey before the start, he is not entitled to claim a refund based on the paid cancellation risk.

It is also considered that the passenger did not start the journey or canceled the contract when the carrier (air, ship, bus, etc.) does not accept the passenger for any reason, which may be of a security or regulatory nature, regardless of whether happened during the trip or at the beginning of the trip. In such a case, the passenger is responsible for all the damage caused and cannot claim any refund based on the risk of cancellation. In case the passenger cancels the trip or withdraw from the contract due to a documented force majeure which he could not have foreseen or avoided in the period prior to the signing of the travel contract, and having the relevant valid official documents, but did not pay the risk of cancellation, the Street tour has the right to reimburse all its already incurred costs, as well as to all those who incur travel cancellations. Force majeure must be documented by valid official documents and such that it could not have been foreseen or avoided prior to the conclusion of the contract.

Street tour or authorized person Street tour may refuse referral or. voucher of a person who, on departure, is clearly under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances, in particular when he or she estimates that the passenger could endanger the health or property of himself or others. The street tour in this case considers that the passenger canceled the trip on the day of departure and complies with the provisions on the passenger's cancellation. Street tour will claim any damage caused by alcohol while traveling or during the course of the program, drugs, or other such substances.

FOREIGN HEALTH INSURANCE WITH CORIS ASSISTANCE

Foreign health insurance with Coris assistance is NOT included in the price of the program and can be group or individual, depending on the size of the group, according to the valid price list of the insurance company.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF THE PROGRAM

The Street Tour reserves the right to cancel the trip in accordance with applicable law. The Street tour reserves the right to cancel the trip no later than seven days before the scheduled departure, unless the required number of passengers is stated for the trip.

The minimum number of passengers in a given vehicle is as follows:

  • for bus travel - at least 40 passengers
  • for travel on scheduled flights in Europe - at least 20 passengers
  • for intercontinental flights - at least 15 passengers
  • for special airplanes, trains or hydrofoils - at least 80% occupancy.
In cases where the Street tour expressly guarantees departure in writing or "guarantees departure" it cannot cancel the trip. Street tour reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part if, before or during the program, exceptional circumstances arise that could not have been anticipated, removed or avoided, and for the Street tour these circumstances constitute a valid reason for not would conclude if they existed at the time the contract was concluded.

The Street tour may terminate the contract or withdraw from the contract and claim damages from the passenger who directly violates the provisions of the contract he has entered into with the Street tour, especially if it is determined that the passenger intentionally communicated incorrect information about the number of passengers or their age, or there were changes during the trip and the passenger was not informed of the Street tour.

Street tour reserves the right to change the day and time of departure or departure. to cancellation of travel, due to change of flight schedule or force majeure, and the right to change direction if travel conditions change (new timetable, precarious situation in the country where the program is organized, natural disasters or other unforeseen causes for which Street tour cannot be affected), without special compensation and under applicable passenger regulations. The Street Tour cannot accept responsibility for changes to the program due to the occurrence of any force majeure during the course of the program. In such cases, it may provide the passenger with services in a modified form, depending on the options available.

In the event that the Street tour cancels the trip, the traveler is entitled to a full refund of the price of the arrangement. In the case of Street Tour cancellation, the traveler is not entitled to the reimbursement of the visa required to enter the country of travel or the costs of vaccinations required by the program. It shall immediately inform the passenger of any subsequent modification of the Street tour. The Street Tour is not responsible for delays to airplanes, ships or trains, as well as for program changes resulting from such delays. In case the on-site condition of the Street tour does not allow the placement of passengers in the ordered facility, the Street tour may place a passenger in the same place in another facility of at least the same category.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

A traveler applying for a trip abroad must have a valid passport or other valid document with which he or she can enter the country. In the event that individual countries make entry into a country subject to a certain period of validity of the travel document before expiry on the day of entry, the passenger is obliged to pay attention to these provisions and Street tour is not responsible for any inconvenience or forcible interruption of travel. The passenger is obliged before the journey or. obtain visas for the countries to which it travels and carry out the vaccinations required for those countries by the deadline specified in the program. If the passenger fails to fulfill this obligation, the Street tour shall comply with the provisions of the passenger's cancellation. In the case of a Street Tour visa being issued to a traveler, the travel guarantee is not guaranteed if the visa is refused. The cost of obtaining a Street Tour visa is not refundable to the passenger. A street tour does not guarantee the accuracy of information obtained from the competent embassies. In the event of refusal to enter the country or other obstacles, the traveler shall bear all the costs. Passing a Street Tour visa is not included in the price of the trip, but is charged separately. A traveler is considered to regulate the visa himself when he does not submit the necessary documents to the Street tour to arrange the visa within the time limit specified in the program or offer. Due to the requirements in international passenger transport (air, ship, bus ...), the passenger is obliged to provide at the check-in all the necessary information about all the participants of the trip or holiday he / she is registering. The information must be fully consistent with the information in the official documents which travel participants are obliged to carry with them in accordance with regulations on crossing the state border and relevant foreign legislative acts. In the event that incorrect information results in delay, additional costs or interruption of the trip, the passenger is solely responsible for all costs incurred by the participants in the trip.

NOTIFICATIONS BEFORE DEPARTURE / TRAVEL

Street tour does not send notice to passengers registered for one-day trips, holidays in SLOVENIA, CROATIA with their own transportation. For travel, summer and winter holidays with organized transportation, the passenger receives the final NOTICE not later than one week before departure. The damage that would result from the passenger giving an incomplete or incorrect address for the purpose of completing a referral / voucher or contract shall be borne by the passenger.

HEALTH REGULATIONS

In the event that the travel program indicates or. certain vaccinations are required, each passenger must obtain an international certificate - a yellow booklet, with the completed vaccinations. The street tour is not responsible for any complications or interruption of the trip due to the passenger's failure to comply with the health regulations of the country he / she enters or the program to which he / she signed up, as well as any related costs.

PRTLJAGA

Za prevoz prtljage ni odgovoren organizator, agent ali posrednik, ti ne odgovarjajo za uničeno ali izgubljeno prtljago, prav tako tudi ne za krajo prtljage in/oziroma drugih dragocenosti v hotelu. Prijave izgubljene ali poškodovane prtljage potnik sam naslovi na prevoznika ali hotel. Za prevoz posebne prtljage, kot je kolo, surf, golf oprema ... mora potnik prevozniku plačati doplačilo, in sicer ponavadi ob odhodu direktno na letališču. V vsakem primeru, je obvezno prevoz tovrstne prtljage najaviti že ob prijavi, letalski prevoznik pa si zaradi omejitve omenjene kapacitete vseeno v vsakem primeru pridržuje pravico do zavrnitve prevoza te tovrstne prtljage. Vse stroške oziroma škodo, ki bi zaradi tega nastala, nosi potnik sam. Prevoz prtljage do določene teže, ki jo določa prevoznik, je brezplačen. Pri letalskem prevozu ima potnik pravico do brezplačnega prevoza določene teže prtljage (po določilih prevoznika), vsak dodatni kilogram pa doplača potnik sam na kraju samem v ustrezni valuti oz. po določilih letalskega prevoznika.

Otroci do dveh let nimajo pravice do brezplačnega prevoza prtljage. Pri letalskem prevozu je za prtljago odgovorna izključno letalska družba, na podlagi predpisov, ki veljajo v mednarodnem letalskem potniškem prometu. V primeru izgube prtljage potnik izpolni obrazec PIR letalske družbe, ki je opravila prevoz, ter izpolnjenega preda predstavniku letalske družbe, en izvod pa zadrži zase.

Na podlagi obrazca mu letalska družba izplača odškodnino, po predpisih, ki veljajo v mednarodnem potniškem prometu. Street tour ne odgovarja za krajo ali poškodovanje potnikove prtljage ali drugih osebnih stvari, dragocenosti in dokumentov iz namestitvenih objektov (hotelskih sob, apartmajev ipd.) in prevoznih sredstev (letal, vlakov, avtobusov, ladij ipd.)

ACCURACY OF CARRIERS

The Street Tour is not responsible for the accuracy of land, sea or air transport when operated by public means of transport, scheduled or non-scheduled passenger services, voyages or flights. The liability of the carriers is duly specified in the contract between the passenger and the carrier, which enters into force using the means of transport. The Street Tour's liability is limited solely to the non-implementation of a particular part of the program, to the extent that it involves appropriate material costs. The Street Tour is not responsible for non-pecuniary damage arising from delays, cancellations or changes to the transportation or means of transport.

LOSS OF DOCUMENTS

In the event that the traveler has to terminate the trip due to the loss or theft of documents, he / she shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of the paid trip or expenses.

INFORMATIONS

The information provided by the traveler at the check-in point does not bind the Street tour more than the program or offer. In case of doubt, it is always considered valid: a written offer, written information or written explanation.

CATEGORIZATIONS OF INSTALLATION FACILITIES AND GENERAL HOUSE ORDERS

The categorizations of accommodation facilities (number of stars or category of facilities) listed in Street tour catalogs or programs for tourist arrangements or. Travels are local or national categorization, not Street tour categorization, so Street tour is not responsible for them.

Passengers are briefed on the international fare, according to which accommodation is usually possible after 14:00 on the day of arrival; on the day of departure, it is necessary to empty the room by 10:00, unless otherwise specified in the program. The Street Tour is not responsible for the house rules or house rules changes, in any case, and the traveler is always obliged to comply with the house rules.

COMPLAINTS OF COMPLAINTS

The traveler must also report any irregularities or deficiencies on-site by a Street Tour guide, a representative or an authorized local agency. In the event that the content of the complaint could be resolved on the spot (for example, lack of cleanliness of the room, equipment, location of the room, etc.) and the passenger did not complain about the error on the spot and did not inform the above mentioned persons, that the traveler has consented to the service thus rendered and thus has lost the right to file subsequent complaints with a request to reduce the price of the service or to pay damages.

The passenger may file a complaint in writing within 2 (two) months after the end of the trip. Without a written complaint, the Street tour does not deal with price reduction claims, damages and other claims. The passenger must send a written complaint to the address: Street tour d.o.o., Liminjanska cesta 94 a, 6320 Portorož and enclose the relevant evidence and / or the relevant certificate of the hotelier, carrier or. other relevant persons about the factual situation on the basis of which the passenger claims his claim.

The complaint must be signed and can be filed by each passenger on his own behalf or by a third party in writing. The power of attorney must be attached to the complaint, otherwise the Street tour will not handle such a complaint. In any case, the amount of compensation is limited by the amount of the arrangement paid. Street tour must resolve the complaint as soon as possible or at the latest within 8 days, if this is not in dispute; if in dispute, reply within 8 days of receipt of the complaint.

If through the fault of the Street tour no program or some services have been performed, the passenger is entitled to compensation in the amount of the real value of the services not provided. This provision shall not apply in the event that the Street Tour has the right to cancel the arrangement or modify the program in accordance with the terms of these General Terms and Conditions.

SPECIAL TERMS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR TOURIST ARRANGEMENTS

These special conditions apply to certain individually listed tourist arrangements in that part which is different from the general conditions and instructions for tourist arrangements, otherwise these general arrangements also apply to the general conditions for tourist arrangements and instructions. provision in a particular program, unless otherwise specified therein.

IN CASE OF INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION FOR ACCOMMODATION IN MULTI-ROOMS AND / OR BEDROOMS

TRAVEL WITH CHILDREN

In some cases, determined by a specific program of a tourist arrangement or travel, it may be stipulated that underage children up to the age determined by the same program, traveling with two adults, have discounts on individual services within the whole tourist arrangement or package. trips or on the whole tourist arrangement or trip. Discounts apply only to the base price and not to the surcharges and / or extra charges. accessories.

The condition and amount of each discount are set out in each individual program of the tourist arrangement or trip. Unless special discounts are provided for minors traveling with adult escorts in a particular program, then this tourist arrangement or trip does not provide for such special discounts.

Every child, regardless of age and the amount of any discounts, must be listed on the travel document and must have valid documents required for possible entry into the foreign countries of travel. In case the child is not mentioned on the travel document or. a voucher for a single tourist arrangement or trip, this child is deemed not to have the right to travel under that tourist arrangement or trip.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

This means that the Street tour collects personal information only when the user submits it by sending an excursion or travel registration form, signing which authorizes the collection, processing and storage of his personal data in order to achieve the purpose for which the information was collected. Street tour will not share personal information of passengers and other users with third parties. In the case of cooperation with other companies providing services for the Street tour (eg hotels, airlines, insurance companies, ...), the data will be provided solely for the performance of their services. These companies are obliged to use the access to the personal data provided solely for the performance of their work.

By signing the contract, the passenger is deemed to consent to the use of personal data for the purposes of statistical processing and notification of the offer. If the traveler does not wish to do so, he / she may state this upon check-in or excursion.

FINAL PROVISIONS

In the event of a dispute between the parties, all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Koper.
